How/When to add Genie+

I purchased tickets for my son and his girlfriend. They are going on Dec 28th and 30th. I am trying to add Genie+ to the ticket but when I follow all the prompts it tells me tickets aren't available for those dates. The availability calendar shows everything sold out but Epcot. He is going to Epcot on Tuesday and MK on Thurs. Will I be able to add this on Tuesday morning or are there any other tricks? I called customer service and the girl I spoke to was clueless.

They will need to add Genie + on a daily basis as some of the days they want to go to the parks, some parks are at capacity. Once this happens Disney will not allow guests to add Genie + to length of stay, it can only be added 1 day at a time and on the actual day they will be visiting a park.

Thank you - do you know when you can add it? 7 am? Or can we add it earlier?
