Actually fine, obviously falling on the ice youll get a tad wet. More worry about the cold, so better to bundle warm and like you said just before going back to the hotel.
I was in there last week. Was a bit damp after riding the toboggan, but that was the extent of it. The snow is more of a former pack, more like ice than slush. I was wearing sneakers and my feet remained dry
We were there the pre-opening day and spent an hour inside. We just told our kids to squat instead of kneel on the ice, so that eliminated wet pants. Even our 4yo didn't come out wet. But we did come out cold on a warm November afternoon. It was a pleasant break and the kids liked it as much as any ride. I built an Ice Mickey and my daughter built Arendell. It was a lot of fun and no one got wet.
