I was kind of hoping that they might have some staff wandering around (NOT in designated areas) to give prizes to people who were wearing their voting shirts. This would kind of make it fun, and make it more of an event. I'm sure people would have been more excited to vote if they had the chance of being "spotted" and rewarded for voting.
Overall though, at least people weren't greatly disappointed in the event, and that makes it a success. They didn't over-promise and under-deliver which they have done on every single event before this. There were some problems early on Friday morning, but they sorted those out relatively quickly.
So, overall a "pretty good" event. This may be the future of vmk events, because until they solve some of the problems that have plagued the previous events, they should not attempt to replicate them.
