I just made my very first call to MS to try to book our first visit HOME only to be told that the system is down. Please try again tomorrow!

Kind of insulting - I feel very rejected!

great news!!!

you know if MS is down - you can make a reservation using Email - since it takes 48 hours for them to respond to email - it might get in before you call back.
