How to write a letter of resignation???

You're a loser. Come Friday, I'm outta here. Your loss.

OK, so you probably shouldn't use this one, but there have been times I really waned to write one of these.

What do you guys think about writing them if you're leaving because you're graduating college and moving away? This is only a part time job in a chiropractor's office, but I've been there over two years (a long time in a chiropractor's office) and I really want to handle it well and let him know how much I've enjoyed working for him and how much I'll miss working with all of them, but I'm a "grown up" now...ya know?

Definitely give them two weeks' notice. My last job was in a hospital. Incredibly busy department. Our boss had asked us that if we ever left, please give her as much notice as possible. I gave her three weeks' notice. Someone else gave her two MONTHS'!

I don't know about anyone else, but once I hand in that notice, it's very difficult to hang around!!! I just want out at that point.
