Non-Extra Magic Hour / Magic Morning Day
730am: Arrive at the Main Entrance before the day starts. The park will open its gates 30-10 minutes before the park officially opens. You want to head down Main Street to the Rope Drop.
8am-9am: The goal is to finish as much of Fantasyland by 9am. Head down the path toward the Matterhorn and veer left and ride Alice in Wonderland first, then grab Fastpass (FP) for the Matterhorn, then ride Dumbo, Mr. Toad, Casey Jr., Pinocchio, Snow White, use FP for the Matterhorn.
9am-1130am: Ride the Jungle Cruise, grab FP for Fantasmic, grab FP for Big Thunder Mountain, grab FP for the Indiana Jones Adventure, ride Pirates of the Caribbean, use FP for Big Thunder Mountain, use FP for Indiana Jones, grab FP for Haunted Mansion, grab FP for Splash Mountain, ride Winnie the Pooh, use FP for Haunted Mansion, use FP for Splash Mountain.
1130am-12pm: Head to Tomorrowland, grab FP Buzz Lightyear Astroblasters, grab FP for Star Tours, grab FP for Space Mountain, use FP for Buzz.
12pm: Lunch
1pm-3pm: Use FP for Star Tours and Space Mountain. You may have some time in between FPs so experience attractions like Enchanted Tiki Room, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Autopia, and It's a Small World.
Save attractions like Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage and attractions in Toontown for later in the day, Around dusk time for Toontown and after the Fireworks for Finding Nemo
For Peter Pan, I would skip first thing and instead experience that attraction when waiting 30-40 minutes is not a big deal.

12pm: Lunch or head back to the hotel to take a break.
