DCL (first time we ever redeemed ours) parks stay over the phone...and walking down to Guest Services can't help you there...
I've seen friends of ours not know that their Rewards card wasn't their Redemption card, so regardless of when they redeem it, all rewards holders should know that they need the physical redemption card...
