how to use discounts once booked at national?

i made my reservation with national about 2 months ago, but since then i have joined disney club? does anyone know if they give a better price or discount on the price i already have or should i cancel my original reservatin and just start over using the disney club discount. thanks.

No, make the new reservation first THEN CANCEL the first. This way you can make sure you're getting a better price.

The 2 Disney Club offers combined coupon/contract, generally yield about a 20% discount. The code numbers can be obtained from the DC member's website. Since rental car rates fluctuate almost daily, it's impossible to tell if the rate with a discount will be more or less than whatever rate you obtained 2 months ago. Always book a new reservation and then cancel the old one. Trying to make changes or add discounts to a current reservation generally doesn't work.
