Okay my whole family went last October and like it so much my mom and I are returning this October. The only problem I had with the dining plan was at Capt Cooks. Told bottled drinks werent included in counter service at one meal, then the next they kept telling me to go back and get more drinks. I always felt like I was holding up the line. I just dont understand what is included. We ate counter service at other locations and never had a problem. Can anyone clear this up for me.

Last year an extra drink was included with breakfast, would guess that was the difficulty. This year there is no extra breakfast drink.

I haven't been this year since the No Second Drink question came up, but in reference to bottled drinks, they were definitely included at the Contemporary last summer, so should be at Poly. My kids each got a bottle of Nesquik chocolate milk and a bottle of juice every morning.

For breakfast, it should be a breakfast entree and a drink (last year two drinks or sometimes an additional side... this is where it gets confusing.)

For lunch and dinner, it includes an entree, drink and a dessert.

Also, LOTS of stuff there can be included as "Snacks." This includes bakery items, chips, bowls of fruit, cereal, bottled drinks.

Just go to the CM on duty on your first day and ask her to give you a quick tour of what is included. They are used to that. Maybe do it at a non-crowded time and before you order anything. Then you won't get flustered.
