How to use credit for Southwest

I received a credit from Southwest as our flights went down in price. I have not booked our return flight, as the dates are not yet available from Southwest. I would like to use this credit towards our return flights. How do I find my credit and apply it toward my next booking? I used the customer service # to request the credit due to fare reduction. Thanks for your help!

When you book the return flight, click on "I would like to use a credit (or something close to that)." It is on the page where you pay for the flights. You put in your confirmation number for the original booking and your credit should appear.

I think it says something like apply ticketless travel funds. You have to enter the confirmation # and the passenger name who the credit belongs to. The name must match the new ticket name exactly.
