How to Use Chat?

Hi, Help - I have been trying to use chat but when I go in it asks me to log in. I use the same log in details here? but it doesn't work?

For some reason, normal log-in doesn't work. I've been using my Facebook account to log in, and then I go to my profile in chat and change my name to read the same as on the boards.
