How to use airline credit?

Does anyone know? I have a credit with Airtran that I will be using for our trip this fall. When we are ready to book, do I have to call in the reservation? Will they still give me the online rate?

I've always just booked my flights online. When you get to the payment page it shows your credit and asks you to put in your password if you want to use it. It will then give you the opportunity to use a different payment method if there is any remaining balance. Just make sure you're signed in to your account before you start.
