How to upgrade ticket purchased with Airmiles

I will be ordering one 7-day base ticket via Airmiles. How do I upgrade it to a 10-day park hopper/water park ticket? I want to have this done prior to my 60-day fastpass window. (I will be ordering the remaining tickets through Undercover Tourist at a later date.)

Sorry, but that can't be done in advance.

Stand-alone (non-resort package) tickets purchased in advance (from Disney or other authorized vendors) can only be upgraded in-person at WDW.
