How to transfer points?

Can anyone explain to me how to transfer points between members? Is this a one time thing? Or can you do it one time per year? When you transfer, what information do I need for members services -- i.e. name, members number, etc.? Thanks for all your help. Lynne

MS will handle all of the details of the transfer. They will require authorization from the member to effect the transfer.

I just transferred some points into my parents account and they did it over the phone and then just asked me to fax in a signed confirmation. They did not ask me to have my parents fax in or call in. Maybe I should call and confirm that the transfer was done?
