How to transfer from DCL to TA??

What are the steps in transferring an existing DCL reservation to a TA?
Who do you make your payments to, DCL or the TA?
Help please.

To transfer a reservation to a TA, all you need to do is call them and provide them with the reservation number. They will then call DCL and have your reservation transfered to them for you, you need to do nothing else. You do need to contact the TA for anything regarding your reservation, including payments. DCL can no longer talk to you about your reservation, since the TA now "owns" that particular reservation and is the only person who can contact DCL to make payments or changes to that reservation.
