How to tip on dining plan

My family goes to DW at least once a year. We usually do mostly character dining but this time we cut back a little and are able to use the deluxe dining plan. Since this is our first time using the dining plan, how do you tip? Credit Card, room key,cash.....

I believe you can tip with all of the above. I'm not sure if cash is preferable or not to the servers at Disney though.

We are going at the end of the month and will be on the DP. We plan on leaving cash for the tip. I will not be leaving a cc# at the desk because I don't plan on using it while I am there and don't want to deal with any mistakes that may be made. I have heard that some have left cash for tips only to find that the tip is also charged against their room so I won't be leaving my cc#!

I would think that cash would be the most prefered method of tipping to the servers, not the least

You can use whatever you want for the tip. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, room key, gift cards.

I just got back from Disney World and didn't have to use cash for anything. I used an American Express gift card and my room key exclusively. Went down with a twenty dollar bill and came home with it.
