How to thank a cast member

I have a specific cast member who did something really sweet for my dd on our last trip and I want to send a thank you letter along with a picture. I'm looking for the email and/or physical address that I could send these to? I did get the cast members name and can put that on there as well the time and location that we met her so hopefully they will be able to track down and pass it on to her, especially since it was just last week. can anyone help me with this info of where to send it?

I can't help you with mail, but I have heard several times that an excellent way to thank a cast member is to stop by Guest Services and let them know. The CM will benefit as a result.

After you have returned home from your stay:

Make sure you include as much info about your encounter as possible, including date and time and location, to help identify the CM.

I have actually wondered about this many times myself. Obviously I do everything I can while in the parks to thank all of the cast members for what they do, but certainly agree with trying to do al little more for those cast members that go above and beyond so that they can get some recognition.

OP, I know you are home already but this is advise for anyone else who may want to thank a cast member in the future. Like a previous poster said, stop by guest relations on your way out and tell them you want a CM to be recognized for exemplary service. They have a card that they will fill out about the CM. I believe the CM's supervisor is notified and the card goes in their employee file. We just did this during our Thanksgiving trip. The line was long at guest services and the CM was pleasantly surprised when I told her what I needed. I guess she was surprised we waited in line so long just to say thank you. However, the CM deserved recognition.

They do a great job of recognizing cast members that guests take the time to compliment. If anyone is considering doing it, stop considering and do it!
