How to surpise DD(18)with guest?

I figure many DVC's are frequent travellers, so I'm looking for ideas....
We (me DH, DD(18)) will heading to FLA next week for 8 days, We are staying with friend on the gulf coast for 3 days, then coming back to OKW for 5 days. On the day we check into OKW it is DD's 18th birthday. I have managed to get one of DD's best friends to fly down to join us just for the 5 days at WDW. So I'm looking for creative ways to surprise DD with her friend being there. I will have a car, so will probably make up some excuse to go off property and pick up the friend at the airport.

I'd have the friend use Magical Express, and you could "accidently" bump into him/her at check-in or at lunch/dinner (depending upon what time their flight gets in)

I think it will still happen this way somewhat.

DH will probably take DD to a late lunch (we have a very late dinner reservation). It isn't unusual at all for the three of us to split up. so my not being with them isn't that unusual. I will probably catch up with them - even if it's just 5 minute - before we have the chance meeting.

Just trying to think of some way to "theme" it...

Have ME bring her to OKW! Make a lunch/dinner reservation at a restaurant at DTD and have the friend show up with birthday balloon after you're seated! Or better yet, have that friend at the OKW boat dock waiting with the balloons as you walk up to it to head over to DTD!

Or get Olivia's in on it and have the friend show up to take your order!
