How to successfully stack codes for Alamo??

I cannot for the life of me get my BJ code and my Alamo Insiders code to stack successfully. It always show one or the other. Can anyone help me???
You can't stack codes. There is only 1 box to enter a discount code. You can however enter a discount code and a coupon.
