how to stop getting email from threads

Im always checking the dis so I dont need the emails I get they fill my mail box really fast,

please tell me how to stop getting them thank you, kathy

You have to go under User CP and change your profile subscriptions. I can't remember exactly which one it was under, but check them closely and you'll find it.
