how to sneak Pal Mickey onto plane

We do not want our DD to find out that we got her a Pal Mickey until we get to WDW. If I pack him in our suitcase ( we only take carryon ) will it look weird in the x-ray machine to have a stuffed Mickey with computer inside of him . Do you think they will make me unpack bag?
Maybe the only safe way to sneak him back to his house is via mail.

I've used pal mickey on my last 3 or 4 trips i just bring him on the plane and there is no problems!

I haven't had a problem with Pal Mickey at the airport though I certainly was expecting to.

Maybe you can put Pal Mickey in a dark bag (like a garbage bag or something) that way if they do start unpacking your bag you'll have time to distract DD and mention to the agent that you have a toy you're trying to prevent DD from seeing before you get down there.

There should be no problem with it in your carry on. You can take cd players, dvd players through with no problem so Pal Mickey will be ok. Then at MCO I am sure they have seen lots and lots of Pal Mickeys.

OK thanks for the info. I was just worried that something electronic inside a stuffed animal might be a red flag.

I will do as an above poster said and put it into a dark bag so if the bag gets opened, I will have a chance of her not seeing it.

I have traveled with Pal Mickey many times . We put him in the checked suitcase, and never have a problem.

I have mine in my carryon and have had no problems either.
