How to ship water from Walmart?????

I am going to order water from Walmart to be shipped to POP, but I'm not sure what to include in the address. I thought someone on the boards said to include your conf. number and name? Also, do I write POP Century somewhere? I just saw a thread about this and now I can't find it.

Please note - Resorts tagged with (*) indicate a convention resort where you may be charged a fee for your package to be delivered.

UPs, Fed Ex, DHL, any kind of courier service will deliver directly to the hotel. As for who to address it to you would want to address it like this:

The name of the person who is the LEAD name on the reservation (may not be you, but it is easier to find that way)

The address of the hotel
And put HOLD for guest check in and the reservation number if you're the dilgent type, it's not required tho.

So it would look something like this

The only problem is that Walmart is not flexible with the number of lines you get, so including all this info can be hard. I just did a big order including water to have shipped to Pop Century and what I tried to enter as the shipping address got cut off (including the arrival date). Also they won't allow you to use numbers on the name lines (your conf number or arrival date).

Mine ended up like:
Name - Hold for guest arriva
Disney's Pop Century Resort fr
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Was supposed to be:
Name - Hold for guest arrival June Fifth
Disney's Pop Century Resort front desk
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

If I did it again, I'd put:
Name - Disney's Pop Century
Conf # - Hold for arrival June 5
1050 Century Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

I had water delivered from Walmart last week. It was great-ordered on a Thurs for our arrival the following Tues. It was delivered on Sat. When we checked in at CBR they informed me there was a package waiting for me and bell services delivered it to our room after we checked in. I will definately do this again!

Contact Personal Disney Shopper in Facebook. She lives 5 min from MK and does grocery deliveries all the time. She delivers perishables too. She will deliver the day before you arrive and leave it all at bell services (which does have fridges/freezers).

OP here. Yes, my water was delivered to my resort, but they said they had no record of it's delivery. When we got home and checked online, I found that it had arrived just a few days after ordering it. Then two weeks later I got an email from walmart that the water had been sent back and we received a refund for our $9. It ended up that we didn't need the water anyway b/c we had our brita water bottles but it was still annoying that my DH had to spend time in line a few times to ask about the water.

Order water from Walmart exactly 1 week prior to arrival. Package should be labeled with your name and resort address. If you arrive late in day, the resort mailroom may be closed and will need to wait until it opens in the morning for delivery.

I followed my shipment on-line with tracking information that showed package shipping by truck from warehouse near Tampa and arriving at the resort in just 3 business days. Print out tracking information in case of any problems getting your package.

Water in gift shop is $16.00 per case!

My daughter always orders directly from Costco about 1 week prior to arrival and her water (and other items) always arrives safely and on time. Just another option..
