How to set up Southwest RR account for minor?

My 15 year old daughter travels pretty often with me so I'd like to set up a Rapid Rewards account for her so she can claim points for her flights from the past year. Does it work exactly like the adult accounts, e.g., I could create her an account just like I created mine? Or is there some other trick to it? I can't find an FAQ about it on the Southwest site.

Just set it up like yours except under her name. Exactly the same. Our kids have had them since they were about 10.

It is also an excellent way to avoid them getting mistaken for someone else on the TSA "watch list" which happened to our youngest. Anything that can be done to specifically identify a person keeps them from getting mistaken for someone else and getting an RR# is one of them.

The airlines match the name on a reservation to the lists they get from the TSA and if they get a match the info in the RR database helps them eliminate mistakes.
