How to set up Magical Express

Did anyone notice that there is no link to Magical Express on the Disney Website. Nor is there a phone number. Luckily I had a phone number in my cell phone from a past visit.

Well, I dialed the number 866-599-0951, and low and behold I can't make my ME reservations on my own because a travel agency booked my room. I feel like I've got no control.

How does one go about making ressies?

I just called yesterday and gave my flight info, but I had made all my own reservations. It does state that "If the flight information is incorrect or does not appear below, please contact your booking agent for your Walt Disney World reservation or call Disney's Magical Express at 1-866-599-0951."

When I asked the CM on the phone, I mentioned that I couldn't find a link on the website. She said it isn't available online, you have to call.

Have your travel agent make them.

Is anyone else having trouble with the website? I booked mine a few weeks back but booked my mom's seperately since she's staying in a different room. She said she never received anything. So I've tried a couple more times and when I submit it, it goes to a blank screen. I'm getting a little frustrated at this point. I booked through Expedia UK so I can't call Disney. And Expedia UK's customer service is awful.
