how to review a hojo reservation?

Online it shows you can review a reservation but does it not always work? It doesn't recognize my confirmation number. I like to have written confirmation of my reservation. Maybe it takes a while to show up? I booked this morning.

Their system is buggy. I have had it work and not work. Also, if you booked via phone, the confirmation number doesn't seem compatible with their online system. Just call or e-mail the hotel directly (not the national number) and ask them to send you an e-mail confirmation. They are very friendly and are usually happy to accommodate this request.

I booked via phone and when I called them directly because my reservation did not show up online, they told me it was because I booked via phone. They sent me a confirmation by email.

Looks like I need to call and get it emailed, thanks! I got worried because it shows u should be able to confirm online or phone ressies, but perhaps it is because i called in house, and not the national number.
