how to rescind?

If we decide NOT to sign our papers on an add on, is there anything specific, other than calling our guide, we need to do? Any papers to fill out to cancel? Thanks

funny you ask. we just decided today not to complete our add-on. our guide told us we just need to send back the contracts unsigned and they would refund our deposit.
