How to request ground level room?

This may seem silly question but we just booked pool side room to get a chance at rooms that are at ground level. So we can just walk in and out of the room without having to go on the elevator. Do I request saying ground level or level 1 rooms or something else? Just trying to make sure I get the best chance of getting one of those rooms. Thank you.

All you need to do is have "ground floor please" noted on your reservation. No guarantees but they will try their best.

I believe those rooms are 2-3 br. I think! Your other best bet would be the 3rd floor as it’s same as lobby and an easy walk to the parking structure. If you’re on the Ewa towers, you can just walk down from where the makahiki is get there that way too! The elevator can be a pain if you’re high up but it’s pretty manageable.
