Why not start buy buying into one of those beautiful Poly bungalows at $165 a point and committing to vacation there for the next 15 years and paying all the mantainence too… Then in 2032 you will be ahead just in time for the Seven Seas Lagoon to be condemned as unfit to live on.

After paying for my annual pass (Helpful TPAS tip AP = $675.21) I'll be lucky if I can afford an inner tube tied to a piling UNDER one of the bungalows.

Well, rest easy, dead topic, because apparently I'm not allowed to mention Mr. Iger's total compensation, as all my posts doing so have been deleted.

Maybe someone was offended by the obscene amount of money he's made in the last three years -- about half the cost of Radiator Springs Racers -- while service, rides and food quality have all declined at WDW. That's fair -- I was pretty offended, too.

So I'll leave it to all of you to decide if you still think WDW is worth your vacation dollars and move on to something else.

I think it is worth every penny (to me), that is why I will continue to go.
I understand that it is an outrageous number but it is not out of the ordinary, it is that is the going rate for CEO's of major companies. I don't understand the outrage because it is Disney.

I see no issue with his pay. I do feel Eisners early years at the helm make Iger look inept though. Without Eisner WDW would arguably have 10 hotels, 2 theme parks and no or 1 water park. With a much smaller DD. Much different from the current resort we know.

He was also CEO durning Disney's renaissance so I may be a wee bit bias.
