How to post a pict?

I need to post a pict but cant figure out how. Help?

First, you need to upload the photo to a hosting website like photobucket.com or something similar.

That website will give you an IMG link to the .jpg, which you can then post here.

I want to post a pict that is on my computor.

Like the man said, first you need to upload the pic to a photo sharing site on the Internet - Fotki, Photobucket, Picasa, Yfrog, or even Twitterpic. Then you put the URL for the pic into an IMG tag here on the site.
