How to plan for Ireland

My family did the Discovery Down Under trip this past summer and we loved it!! My 15y/o daughter and her cousin have convinced my mother to take them on the Ireland trip. How should I go about this? What is you input on them taking this trip. We are planning for them to go sometime in the summer of 2010

We had a single mom with two girls around 11 & 13 on our May trip and they seemed to have had an awesome time!
