You thoughts are probably focused on having a horrible flight, or even the plane crashing. So here is what to do to change your thoughts.
Take a notpad and pen and in the airport lounge, before you board the plane, write down every positive thing you can see around you. The fact that it is warm, all the shops to look around, the staff that work their everyday, the people cleaning the plane ready for you etc, Feel grateful.
Next, when you are sitting in your seat, do the same. Appreciate the pilots who are doing all the work so that you can sit in a comfortable seat and relax, the air hostess that bring you food and drinks, the people that prepared the food, the lovely view out of the window of being above the clouds in the sunshine, you get the picture.
Whilst you think of positive thoughts, you cannot think negative at the same time and as thoughts are magnetic, you will find more to appreciate.

My Brother used to have a fear of flying, overcame the fear and now taking flying lessons, he is out in Vegas right now doing more solo flying hours towards his Licence.
He has said once he passes he is taking me up with him, thats when my fear of flying will start.:rotfl2:
