How to notify SSR of birthday

We will be staying at SSR next week and one member of our group is turning 60 while we are there. Is it possible to let SSR know in advance - so maybe they'd have a Happy Birthday pin for him, or even wish him happy birthday when we arrive? Wondering if it's best to email (who/where?) or call (again - who to call?).

Assuming the person is in MDE make sure their birthday is in there.
