No drinking or fast food for two months and getting into excersise routine to help with stress.

Keep reminding yourself that, as hard as it may seem, one day you'll look back on this and be glad that it happened.

One day in the future, you'll meet someone who will love you as much as you love him. Then you'll understand that this relationship had to end before you could get to that place.
