I have 3rd party tickets for our April trip, and have loaded all five onto my Universal App, but they all show up under my name as the primary purchaser. When we get to the gate, will we be issued some sort of card or other media? How will my family be able to enter the park if I am not there? I'm just wondering how this works.

Thanks!

You can go to guest services to get a physical ticket. You also might be able to print out the tickets that you bought, but the "real" tickets from guest services are more durable and a more convenient size.

Can this be done at the hotel, or does it need to be done at the parks? We are arriving late on arrival night and will probably try to get to the park first thing the next day. So, I probably wouldn't get around to this until sometime that afternoon either at the park or at the hotel.

I don't see why you couldn't do it at the hotel, since they have the ticket counter. They can even do upgrades at the hotels (downgrades not so much).
