How to make mini-albums from CDs?

I received a cool mini-album from my Secret Sister once (thanks Marlynn - OMG I hope it WAS you) and I've just got a new operating system etc so have a pile of old CDs to recycle. Does anyone know how to do it - will a cropadile go through OK? Best adhesive?
