How to make a Mickey child harness?

I'm not sure exactly where to post this...

We're heading to WDW in 3 weeks with our 18 month old DS. We have toyed with the idea of getting a harness for him, since he likes to walk around. I've seen these:

But I was wondering if anyone has seen a Mickey Mouse version? Does anyone have an idea how to make something like this?

not sure how to make one, but a mickey one would be cute! maybe you could get one like that and put mickey ears on it!!
