Hey ya'll, just wondering what's your technique for laminating your customized maps ?

Do you take them somewhere to have them done ? Where? how much ?

Or do you do it yourself with those Self Adhering sheets ? The biggest size I can fine it 10x12 in a 2 pack, which means I'd need 4 packs per map.

I just used contact(?) paper. The kids use them as placemats at the dinner table. They love them.

We have a teacher supply store here (School Aids) that will laminate. It is very inexpensive. You may want to check in your area for a similar store.

I use the clear contact paper as well. You can pretty much 'laminate' any size thing. I also use it to laminate my touring plans and my spread sheet that lists day, park, parades, ADRs. It's a great value option and easy to find: I got mine at the dollar store on the shelf with all the shelf liners.
