My DH readlly wants to stay at WL, but said that we should stay at POR due to the extra cost of WL. Well I am planning on suprising him with a stay at the WL, I am working more to cover the cost

My question is what do I do? Do I not tell him about WL until we arrive next DEC and then say suprise or do I tell him after I pay it all off and most importantly how do I keep him from finding out. Can Disney email you the confirmation instead of mailing it? If the confirmation arrives at our house he will find out for sure, since he works nights and I work days.

Could you use an alternate address like a family member or neighbor for the confirmation? I would wait as long as possible to tell him. It would be pretty cool if you could keep it from him til you're there. I think they move your luggage for you (please double check this)when you're switching resorts. You could go to a park and then just get on the bus (or boat if you're at MK)to WL instead.
