'How To' Guide to MSN

Hi guys,

I consider myself pretty knowledgible when it comes to computers and the internet.

Sadly MSN has passed me by. More and more of my friends want to MSN me and I just don't have a clue how to get started.

An easy, preferable step-by-step guide to getting started and enjoying the benefits of MSN would be greatly appreciated

Sorry can't help, would have no idea how to do a step by step guide but it can't be hard, I set it up a few years back with no problems.

its not that hard, try downloading it 1st then add your friends hotmail addresses

Even if you dont know how to add your friends just get them to add you and it will pop up onto your screen =)

I'll help you, I had to help my auntie a while back so I think I can explain it all easily....

So once you've downloaded it, it's pretty easy to get the hang of. You get a screen that uploads like this one, which will pretty much be the home screen for everything you do!

To add people you need to locate this button

which is just underneath your name

Once you do that it's pretty stright forward to work out where to put the email addresses and such.

Once you've added people they will come up under the 'contacts' header, to send a message to someone who is online (their little icon will be green) simply double click on them!

The rest after that is straight forward so I won't patronise you telling you how to send a message!
