HOw to go about purchasing AKV

Is it possible for us to buy jsut 25 points at AKV, our home resort is Vero Beach. If we can buy jsut the 25, how much woudl it be per point?

If we decided to buy 50 points can that be financed. It has been awhile since we bought the first itme, so I am not remembering too much of the transaction.

this is correct. 25 pay in full and 50 and more can be finaced

If you are a first time buyer with DVC you must buy 150 points. That is going to change to 160 soon (I was talking to my sales guide, just last night!) The only way to buy 25 points would be through a resale. But you pay closing costs on that contract. You'd have to look into the cost of that more. Check out the "Timeshare Store".
