Hello, fellow DISers!!! WE leave for our trip in 23 days!!! It is our first trip with our daughter who will be 23mths! I am soo excited, but yet a bit nervous traveling with a little one for the first time! :-)

When we arrive, I thought we might do a character dinner. I should have planned a bit better, but I delayed, because I am not sure about nap time on our arrival day, but I have bitten the bullet and just made reservations at the Garden Grove at the Swan/Dolphin. WE are staying at one of the DTD hotels. I was wondering what you think would be the best and easiest route to get to the Garden Grove from DTD?

Should we take our hotel bus to one of the parks and then hop on the resort bus to Swan/Dolphin? Or should we walk to DTD and then hop on a resort bus from there?

Thank you soo much!!! I hope my daughter does well with the characters. WE tried Santa yesterday, and it did not go well. But she LOVES the Chick fila cow, so who knows??

I don't think any of the options are going to be fast.

If you were going to take a bus from the hotel to the park I would choose to go to HS and then take the Friendship boat since its first stop would be Swan & Dolphin.

How far of a walk will it be from your hotel to the DTD bus stops? Taking the DTD bus to the S&D would be easiest although they don't run as frequently during the day.

The DTD bus goes to all 5 Epcot resorts and it's always packed and standing room only. We stay at Beach Club all of the time and no matter the time of year, that bus is always terrible.

The other route will be time consuming but not as crowded.

If you take the bus to DHS from your hotel, you can hop on the friendship boat to Swan/Dolphin. Its the first stop.

Thank you, Everyone! I like the bus to Hollywood Studios and then taking the boat to Swan and Dolphin. I am sure my daughter will love a boat ride! :-)

Since this is for breakfast, its going to be difficult making a transfer at a park to go to the Swolphin. The easiest and fastest way to do this would be simply to take a taxi from your DTD hotel.
