How to get to Poly from ASMO

We are staying at ASMO, we have reservations for Lilo $ Stich Breakfast @Poly , What do think our best rout would be?
I need the expertise of all you veterans out there!

We stayed at the Poly in May and whenever we needed to get back there, the easiest way was to take a bus to the TTC and walk to the resort...it is only about a 5 minute from the TTC to the Restaurants at Poly.
