:santa::santa:We have 5pm dinner reservations at Ohana's the first day of our vacation. We’re staying at POFQ and haven't been to WDW in 25 years. What is the easiest way to get to Ohana’s using Disney transportation?

Thanks for your help

We stayed at POR and took the bus to MK and then hopped on the monorail and rode it around to Poly. I believe there is also a boat from MK to Poly.

Not sure if it is the best, but you could take the bus to MK, then either take the monorail or the Poly/GF boat.

1) If driving,
. . . take a left from parking lot
. . . take a right
. . . take a straight
. . . take a right
. . . take a bear-right
. . . take a right
2) If busing
. . . take bus to MK
. . . take monorail or boat to Poly

Thank you!!! for all of your advice. I was think maybe the bus to the MK and then the monorail. Any idea how much time we should allow?

Thanks Again

I would allow an hour, maybe an hour and fifteen. This includes waiting for a bus at POFQ, the bus ride to MK, going from the bus to the monorail, waiting for a monorail, and time spent at monorail stations since the Poly is not the first monorail stop.

If you end up being early, then you can walk around the beautiful resort! We especially love the lobby.

Disney says allow 90 min for transportation. As mentioned, if you get there early, you can walk around the beautiful grounds of the Poly, and all the shops in the GCH. I love looking around the Wyland gallery.
You can also go up to the podium and see if you can get in early.

We prefer taking the boat to Poly from MK. Then to get back to your resort you can take the monorail back to MK.

We follow the Disney suggestion of 90 mins.(from leaving our room) when going to dinner ADRs at another resort. It allows for pickups at POR and then getting to the resort from the park we use as a transfer point. We have always been early enough to either checkout the grounds & shops or else stop for a pre- dinner drink.

you need to get on the resort monorail -not the express

also there is the ferry - it goes to TTC but you can easily walk to the Polyn from it.

would go the backway - take a right from parking lot - then at the end of this road (it goes into a hotel/timeshare) take a left - stay on this road - turn right (you have no choice) - then at the light turn left. the Polyn entrance is about 1/2 miles on this road - but it does not have alot of warning - besides the speed limit is 25 mph on it.

Can't you take a bus directly to TTC, then walk right next door?
We stayed at Poly last time, and walked to TTC many times to get around.
If that doesn't work...arrange a cab in advance and pay a few bucks for a direct route!

This is what we did also. Very simple and easy.
