How to get to Kouzzina from POP

Will they allow us to go through Epcot to Kouzzina in am for Breakfast or do we need a taxi?

If your reservation is before Epcot's opening, they won't allow you to walk through the park and your best bet would be to take a cab. If it is after 9am and you have a parkhopper, annual pass, or are going for the day, you can walk through the International Gateway to the Boardwalk.

If you aren't in EPCOT for the day you won't be able to walk through.
The only other way is to take the Pop bus to a park and then get to The Boardwalk from there. I believe you could take a bus to HS and then take a bus or boat to Boardwalk.

You can take a boat from HS, or you can walk, which is what my girls and I did when we went from POP to the Boardwalk to meet my sister and her family for dinner one night.

You can't walk through Epcot without park admission, nor will they allow you to walk through the park before it opens. To get there via Disney transportation, take a bus to DHS and either walk or take the boat.

There's no bus between DHS and the Epcot resorts - it's either walking or the boat.
