How to get to HDDR??

Is it better to drive? Take a bus? We will be at MGM before heading over. TIA

I wasn't sure where to ask this question so I also posted on the transportation board.

we caught the Fort Wilderness bus from MGM and when the driver found out that my family and the only other family on the bus were all going to the Hoop, he took us directly to Pioneer Hall! When we left, they had buses to all the resorts waiting. We had planned to take the bus back to Epcot and than from there get to the Dolphin but this was a great surprise! They can only provide the resort buses when the crowds allow but it appears this has been happening more than not.

Thanks so much!! This will be our first time. We have always gone to WDW with DH and he thinks it sounds corny But this next trip is an unplanned B-day trip for DD and DH can't come sooo... We get to do HDDR

I recommend driving if you have a car !
