We are staying onsite without a rental car.
How do we get to Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course
from the All Star Resorts?

I would say get yourself to the Swan/Dolphin and walk from there. You'll see it from the bus as you pull into the S/D resort.

Easiest way to do that is take any bus from the All Stars to any park and then switch to a Swan/Dolphin bus.

OR (depending on what else you are doing that day) you could take a boat from the Studios to the Swan and Dolphin stop (or from the International Gateway at Epcot to the Swan and Dolphin stop.

We generally stay at Yacht and Beach and walk to Fantasia Gardens, but it's closer to Swan/Dolphin.

Take the bus to the Studios and either take the bus or walk back to the S/D. You don't have to enter the park. The boat will be to the left of the entrance. If there is a boat there you can take that - if there is no boat, take the walkway to the right and follow the path to the BW/S/D. Go between the S/D and across the road to Fantasia.

Yes, going to the Swan Hotel is the solution, but keep in mind that there are no WDW buses to the Swan from either HS or Epcot. You could take a boat or walk from HS.

If you go to Fantasia, while AK is open, then definitely go there to change buses.

If you go when AK is closed (and you don't want to take the boat at HS), then you will have to make the long trip to DTD or MK before transfering to the Swan bus.

Always keep in mind that the WDW buses, to the parks, do not make pick-ups after that park is closed.

The one exception to this is at Winter/Summerland where the CSR/Epcot bus will pick up until 11pm
