How to get to Chef Mickeys?

Some friends of ours are staying offsite : next week but they have a ps at Chef Mickeys on a day when they won't be visiting the parks. Should they 1-park at the TTC and ride the monorail to the CR or 2-Park at the Contemporary. I didn't know if they would let you park at the CR if you aren't a guest.
Someone please help!

Give them the PS number and they will let you park at the Contemporary. Heck I don't even think they need it. Just tell the guard you are eating at Chef Mickeys. We didn't need our PS last time they just let us through once hey heard where we were going.
