HOw to get to a early ADR at the Crystal Place from WL

Hello,
We have early ARD before the Park opens, how do we get to the park from WL?

The quickest way - and to make sure you get there on time - is the WL bus to MK.

Boats are another choice, but the WL to MK direct boat may not start early enough for your ADR. If it doesn't, you can take the resorts launch which starts earlier and get off at the Contemporary and walk to MK.

I think I would just take the bus though for a pre-opening breakfast.

The buses vicki c describes will start running about 6:30 AM and operate about every thirty minutes until 8 AM or so, when they start running even more frequently.

Get to MK at least 30 minutes before your reservation - great photo oppurtunities for you - there will be very few people on Main Street.

When we stayed at WL in 2007 we made the HUUUUUUGE mistake of thinking the boats would get us to Mk for an 8 AM breakfast. NOPE! The sign said boats start at 6:45 AM. Which is true, sort of. The boats to the CONTEMPORARY run at 6:45, but NOT the MK boats. We took the boat to the Contemporary and made the hike to MK. It was August. It was STEAMING hot and humid. We were cutting it too close to do the loop on the monorail, so walking was the only choice to get to our ADR on time. I was IRATE.

Overall we found transportation from WL to be very, very confusing. There was a "hood" over the MK bus stop sign, and none of the CMs could tell us if there would BE bus service to MK. It was a crap shoot to get anywhere, because we never knew if the bus would go to the campgrounds first or straight to the parks. We had an impossible time trying to judge travel time to things.
