How to get tickets from UO package

I read somewhere today that you do not get your tickets at your hotel with your UO package. The person writing the post talked about going to a kiosk to print it out. Are these kiosks in the hotel itself or will we need to travel to the main gate the night before our early morning to get tickets? THANKS!

There are kiosks in the Universal hotels. Very easy and quick process!
