What would be the fast and easiest way to get to Universal from Southern Dunes subdivision?

not sure where southern dunes is , but Universal is right off of I-4.

We take sand lake road from orange blossom trail when we go, but you can get easy access from I-4

What would be the fast and easiest way to get to Universal from Southern Dunes subdivision?

Southern Dunes is in Haines City so...

Take 27N to I-4E then to exit 75B...follow the signs. It takes about 40 minutes or so.
